Download and Install our openvpn client for windows and the obfs4 package.
Start "Windows>start-windows-client64.bat" in command/cmd.
Type in the server you want to connect. Out DNS-names are located in our server-list.

Copy "Shapeshifter obfs4.ovpn" into your openvpn config file directory.
Often found at C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config
Right-click the openvpn icon and connect to "Shapeshifter obfs4". A login will popup.
