Account

1How to register an account?

Choose which package you want, and at the payment site you can create an account. Just insert your email and a password. The first email confirmation is a "email verification" process. Just press the link in the email and it`s all good.

2Change passord

Under "my account", go to Account details. Insert your old passord and the new you want to have. It can take up to two minutes before all servers have synced the new passord. You need to log out of all devices, and log in again to make sure that you are using the new passord.

3How can i reset my password?

At "my account" there is a link to our "reset password feature". You have to have access to your email to get the new password. You need to log out of all devices, and log in again to make sure that you are using the new passord.

4Delete account

If you want to delete your account drop us an email and we will do it for you.

5Concurrent users

Up to 5 concurrent users can be logged in. There is no limits on how many devices you can have the apps installed. When 5 users is reached your will get an error-message that state that the "password is incorrent".

Subscription

Borderless provides 1 month, 6month and 12 month Subscription.

2Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards. This include Visa, Mastercard, American express. Payment is provides from Stripe. We also accept Paypal and Crypto (bitcoin and other negotiable currencies). Full list is provides if you choose crypto as payment.

3Change payment

If you want to end your subscription at Borderless this can be done under "my account", Subscriptions and pick the one that is active. Press "Change payment" and you will be forwarded to a new site that let you insert new card or another payment method.

4Cancel subscription

If you want to end your subscription at Borderless this can be done under "my account", Subscriptions and pick the one that is active. Press "Cancel" and your account end Automatic when your periode is over.

5Refundable

Borderless have a 14 days money-back agreement as stated in our "Terms and Agreement". We are not able to provide this if paid with crypto. Borderless does not take responsibility for any changes in currency. We can only transfere the amount to the same card/source as your paid from.

6Can I have a free trial?

Apps

1Windows app

We have developed our own application for Windows. Goto "Apps" and windows to download it.

2Android

Download our BVPN app from google play. Supports android version from 6.0 until latest. Have support for both phone and pad layout.

3IOS

Download our BVPN app from appstore. Have support for both phone and pad layout.

4Other

Borderless support a long list of devices. This include Mac OS X, Linux, Routers e.g Go to https://borderlessvpn.io/connect/ to find your devices and how to do the configuration.

Security features

1Protocols

Borderless use openvpn and IKEv2. With openvpn we offer both UDP (443) and TCP (1194). We recommend UDP, but in some cases TCP is the only option. IKEv2 is only UDP, and is used for apple devices.

2Encryption

Encryption between your device and our server is done with the industry standard AES-256-CBC. Authentication is done with SHA-1 encryption.

3DNS Leak-protection

All servers have a local dns-server. We block all dns requests done to other servers than our own.

4IPv6 blocking

IPv6 is blocked in dns-level. This mean that we filter our all aaaa-requests done to our servers.

5Kill-switch

All apps have options to enable kill-switch. A kill-switch will ensure that no traffic passes if the vpn-connection is lost.

6Web-filter

We offer a webfilter that blocks websites that is tagged as malware. phishing sites, trackers and ads. This is done in the dns request.

7Servers

All of our servers is installed in safe and major datacenters all over the world. All servers have atleast 1 gbps connection. No logs are written to these servers.

Port Forwarding / P2P

1Servers

Servers that is tagged as [P2P] in the server list have forwarded a set of tcp ports. You will need to find your RFC1918 ip-address recieved from Borderless VPN. (10.8.0.0-10.10.0.0 range) This is done by typing "ipconfig" in command-prompt (cmd).

2Ports

Go to https://borderlessvpn.io/peer-to-peer/ to find what ports that is forwardet to each IP.

3Is it possible to get a static ip?

At this moment it is not possible. It is in our roadmap for new features.

4Can i get a dedicated IP?

This is possible in some countries. Contact support and we will send you infomation.
